Have I mentioned that I think cooked oatmeal is gross? I know it’s filling, and inexpensive and good for me… but eating a warm bowl of mush is just not my thing. Thats not to say that I don’t start everyday with oats, but oatmeal is not my thing. I just started making oatmeal smoothies and I’m HOOKED!
These smoothies are filling and healthy, but manage to taste like a milkshake!
What You’ll Need:
1 Cup Milk (I use Soy or Almond milk)
1/3 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
1 Medium Frozen Banana, Sliced
1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
Put everything in a blender until all ingredients are smooth, pour in a glass and enjoy!!
